Spice up your cooking with fresh homemade herbal salts!
In this course, you will learn about the qualities and properties of different salts, which herbs and seasonings work best in salts, and how to make your own herbal salts from scratch.
Herbal salts are a great way to preserve the volatile oils in fresh herbs and seeds that you harvest from your garden. These are easy to make at home, and require very little equipment.
This course includes tastings, instruction and hands-on experience. All of the herbs used will be harvested fresh on-site from our permaculture garden. You will go home with recipes to try out, as well as samples from our work together.
