Course Description

Often if you have your own garden, you are blessed with an overabundance at some point in the season. In this worksop you will learn how to create a healthy fermented product from these vegetables.

This is a beginner course, which will cover the basics of vegetable fermentation. I will guide you through the process of setting up your ferments, choosing ingredients and will offer tips for the greatest success.

You will also have the opportunity to taste test some finished ferments, including saurkraut, kim chee, hot sauce and much more. At the end of the evening, you will go home with 2 tasty ferments, and loads of inspiration for next year's garden!
